• A leader should possess the skill of communicating effectively. As a leader who handles many members, the leader must take note of the main points and provide adequate explanation to what each member are tasked to do. So that they can focus on their jobs and not having to ask questions frequently. Effective communication also means delivering their tasks in a way that is simple and comprehendable to the members.  Listens to feedback and ask questions A leader should be open for additional ideas, and consult its members on whether there are problems with the project. As a leader, one would want a better output. As said two heads are better than one, the leader must be able to allot a time or space for upcoming feedbacks. On the other hand the leader must also consider his members and ask if ever there are difficulties in making their tasks.
