Abstract :TLC, or thin layer chromatography, is a method for isolating the components of
mixtures before analysis. TLC can be used to identify compounds, ascertain their identities, and
ascertain the purity of a compound. It can also be used to track the development of a reaction by
keeping an eye on the arrival of a product or the disappearance of a reactant.Three steps make up
TLC: spotting, development, and visualization. The TLC plate is developed by submerging the
