Project Goal and Objectives:

The project will be to deliver a working application. The work completed within this project will become

the foundation of the entire application.

The application will require the following mandatory functions and services:

 Active profiles both clients and contractors

 Payment security and capability

 Synchronized profiles from web and mobile applications

 Review system is active and fully functioning

 Customer service availability

 Ability to provide suggestions and feedback

Milestone objectives for this project

 First city test run deemed successful

 Active response rate of customer service is 100% within 24-hour periods

 Application has completed initial implementation
