1.1Introduction Human Resource Management is the practice of managing people to achieve better performance. It always deals with the proper utilization of human resources of the organization. We have studied many theoretical aspects in the classes. To get more knowledge about actual conditions we need to study in practical situation, which is conducted through project works. That is why I have selected PRAN-RFL Group. For my study I am covering the HRM policies and guidelines of PRAN-RFL Group. I gave the priority to PRAN-RFL Group because food and beverage company is one of the growing sectors in our country and this company is one of the market leaders. I have also considered the significance of PRAN-RFL Group in the perspective of market position, profitability, diversity of the workforce, huge business turnover and some other significant issues. 1.2 An overview of PRAN-RFL Group:
