The lesson will focus on the planet Earth and its health. Students will learn about Earth day,
why it was created and what we should do everyday to ensure the environmental health of our
planet.

Factors:
The classroom will consist of 25 students. Some students will identify at various levels of
science knowledge. The classroom dynamics include: IEP/504, learning disabled, emotionally
disabled, and ELL students.
